These terms govern your use of everpree.com (the “site”), operated by Everpree Pty Ltd (ABN 12 156 498 396) (“Everpree”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the content on this site

The content on this site is provided for general information only. When you submit an enquiry, complete a form, or contact us by email or SMS, your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create any consulting engagement or contract for services.

Consulting engagements

Any consulting, implementation or other professional engagement with Everpree is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Everpree Pty Ltd. These terms apply to your use of the site only and do not govern the provision of our services. Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails in relation to that engagement.

Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of any third-party site. A link does not imply our endorsement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the site and its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant information or services, or the cost of resupply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Everpree submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
