Vendor training teaches people the software. It doesn’t teach them how your organisation uses it, which is the part that determines whether the data is any good.
We train in your CRM, on your configuration, with your records and your definitions. A fundraiser learns your gift entry process, not a generic one. A support coordinator learns your case workflow. Everyone leaves with the same answer to “when do we move a record to this stage”.
How we run it:
- By role, not by feature. Each group learns their own workflow end to end rather than a tour of every menu.
- Hands-on, in a sandbox where mistakes are free, working through real scenarios from your own operation.
- Short sessions, spaced. Two ninety-minute sessions a week apart beats a full day nobody retains.
- Documentation that matches — quick reference guides and short screen recordings for the handful of tasks people forget, kept somewhere findable.
- A refresher and a Q&A a few weeks in, once people have hit the real edge cases.
We’ll also train an internal champion properly, so there’s someone in the building who can answer the everyday questions. That’s usually the single highest-return part of the engagement — and it’s how organisations stop needing us for the small stuff.
